HV-DC combi tester for cable core & sheath testing and fault converting 6kV
The HTD 6 is a portable field test device for precise high voltage DC testing of various capacitive components in modern power networks. It is best suited for commissioning and routine tests on power cables. The instrument allows to perform cable core and cable sheath tests. In addition it provides a pulsed DC output to locate sheath faults in combination with a suitable ground fault sensor. Other available operating modes are burn converting & constant current testing. Thanks to the rugged instrument design and the integrated battery option this device can work in harsh environments. An extensive range of accessories complements the versatility of the test system
